Unfortunately, I have been completely left in the dark with updates regarding the Spain trip.

In terms of both the accommodation and airlines, they have said they cannot provide details due to government restrictions etc.

It is likely that if a trip was to go ahead, we would not have the group-size to fulfil the original booking size. Additional to this, activities such as playing a match against another team is a non-starter.

If the trip is cancelled (obviously a distinct possibility). There are some sunk, unrecoverable costs, and some that I may be able to recover - I'm hoping this becomes clearer in the coming days.

If the trip does not go ahead, I am determined that even if we are hard hit by unrecoverable costs, I ensure that people are not left out of pocket.

Please help me gather a picture of how people are feeling / what your position is. I appreciate you could have a multitude of reasons relating to family, health or finances. There is no judgement on your stance with any of these:
